How do I connect my Shopify store?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Connected Platforms and click "Connect Shopify". You'll be redirected to Shopify to authorize the connection. Once authorized, you can publish listings directly from your catalog.
How do I connect my eBay account?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Connected Platforms and click "Connect eBay". You'll be prompted to sign in to eBay and grant access. Listings will include your eBay seller policies automatically.
Why did my listing fail to publish?
Publishing failures are usually caused by missing required fields (title, price, category, or at least one photo) or a disconnected platform. Check that your platform is still connected in Settings, and that all required listing fields are filled in.
Can I edit a listing after publishing it?
Yes. Edit the listing in your RETROSYNC catalog and re-publish to any platform. Updates will overwrite the existing listing on that platform.
How does AI item identification work?
When you upload photos in the listing editor, our AI analyzes them and suggests a title, description, category, and tags. These are suggestions — you review and edit everything before publishing. Images are processed in real time and not stored.
What happens when an item sells on one platform?
If you have Shopify connected and an order is paid, RETROSYNC can automatically update inventory. For other platforms, you can manually mark items as sold from your catalog.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing and click "Cancel Subscription". Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You can also email us at support@retrosync.com and we'll handle it for you.
How do I export my data?
Email support@retrosync.com with your request and we'll send you a full export of your catalog, listings, and account data within 30 days.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Go to the login page and click "Forgot password". Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link within a few minutes.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your full credit card number. Stripe is PCI-compliant and used by millions of businesses worldwide.
